Description

Raytools BT240S laser cutting head (up to 3.3 kW) with manual focusing and focal length 155 mm designed for use with industrial fiber lasers in CNC machines. This model is suitable for precision 2 D cutting, providing high quality processing thanks to its thoughtful design and optimized optical parameters. Reliable lens and housing protection, as well as dual-circuit water cooling, ensure stable operation even during intensive operation.

Design & Functions

The laser head consists of the following main blocks: collimator module, focusing lens module, protective lens module and nozzle module.

• The collimator module converts a divergent beam of light into a parallel beam, creating optimal conditions for focusing. Installed in the head lens with collimation lenses D30 F100 mm.
• The focusing module provides precise beam tuning for processing materials of various thicknesses. This model uses a lens with D30 F155 mm focusing lenses, ideal for cutting at high speeds and processing medium thick metal blanks.
• The safety glass module protects the focusing lens from contaminants and damage caused by high temperatures and cuttings during cutting.
• The nozzle module directs the focused beam to the workpiece and effectively distributes the auxiliary gas to improve cutting quality.
