N1 Nozzle 30A

Description

Nozzle 30A, suitable for HP130-260 Ajan systems^® and it is intended for mechanized plasma cutting of metal. Nozzle N1 is designed to cut low carbon steel up to 4 mm thick at a current of 30 Amps.

The nozzle is manufactured using technologies and materials that significantly increase its reliability and durability. The nozzle is designed to form a plasma cutting arc. The shape and dimensions of the nozzle channel determine the parameters and properties of the arc. As its diameter decreases and its length increases, the plasma flow rate, the energy concentration in the arc, its voltage and cutting ability increase. The longer the shape and dimensions of the nozzle are maintained, the longer its service life.

The nozzle is most susceptible to wear when cutting, like the electrode, so it is recommended to change it in pairs with the electrode corresponding to the cutting current.
