Ceramic nozzle holder 3D (spacer), Used in laser machines Trumpf® TRULASER SERIES 1000-3000-5000 Tubemic as an insulator for correct operation of the surface tracking sensor. The holder has M6 threads for operation in conjunction with nozzles having similar threads: Standard (Nozzle EBD)/Slim (Nozzle EBG-EBF) series.
The ceramic spacer performs insulating functions and prevents heating of the lower parts of the laser head. The spacer is also designed to adjust the distance and constantly position the focus.
The spacer with a diameter of 17.5 mm, a height of 17.5 mm, is made of ceramics in compliance with all necessary quality standards, technical and geometric parameters of products of this type. As a result of application, the spacer guarantees the preservation of design parameters for a long time and ensures high operating power of laser cutting equipment.
