Ceramic spacer (holder) for 3D nozzles, reference 120572008B. Used in laser heads for 3D cutting Raytools® BT210SRC/GF101/BM100/BM109TC/BM111TC/BM114TC, BODOR® as an insulator for the correct operation of the surface tracking sensor. Suitable for most machines with this standard size.
The ceramic spacer is a holder for 3D nozzles. Performs insulating functions and prevents heating of the lower parts of the laser head. The thread M8 on the spacer corresponds to the thread on the nozzle.
The spacer with a diameter of 19.5/16 mm, a height of 12.5 mm, is made of ceramics in compliance with all necessary quality standards, technical and geometric parameters of products of this type. As a result of application, the spacer guarantees the preservation of design parameters for a long time and ensures high operating power of laser cutting equipment.
