Nozzle Ø1.1 mm for plasma torch P80 fits Panasonic® plasma torches, Svarogtm, as well as most similar plasmatrons from other manufacturers. Used for manual plasma cutting of metal up to 14 mm thick at currents up to 40 Amp.
The plasma cutter nozzle has a hole diameter of 1.1 mm and is designed to form a cutting arc. The shape and dimensions of the hole determine the parameters and properties of the arc. As its diameter decreases and its length increases, the plasma flow rate, the energy concentration in the arc, its voltage and cutting ability increase. The longer the shape and dimensions of the nozzle are maintained, the longer its service life.
This consumable material is most susceptible to wear during cutting, like the electrode, so it is recommended to change it in tandem with the electrode.
