Ceramic holder DYCA0009AA designed to operate in the water cooling system of the laser cutting head nozzle and is used in the heads of BOCI® (BOCHU®) models BLT643H, BLT663H, BLT683H, BLT6103H. The part provides reliable nozzle fixation, effective heat removal and electrical insulation, which is critical for high-power fiber laser cutting.

This ceramic holder is part of the nozzle water cooling system with the DP.M.Q0394AA. As part of this system, it is responsible for correct positioning, insulation of conductive elements and stable operation of the cooling circuit under intense thermal loads.

The body is made of high-strength technical ceramics, resistant to sudden temperature changes, molten metal and cutting products. The metal part with M16 threads ensures precise fit and full compatibility with original and compatible BOCI® BLT laser head cooling systems.
