Nozzle part assembly TRA BM111 (BM110), Used in Raytools® laser heads model BM110 and BM111 and serves as a capacitive sensor for determining the height of the head.

This model of the nozzle part (Model B) is an updated version of Model A  – discontinued as of March 2022. The difference from the previous model is the connector for coaxial cable – in the new version, the connector has a threaded connection for connecting an SMA-SMA coaxial cable  – not included and purchased separately.

The lower part of the laser head is made of a special alloy with geometric dimensions that provide significantly less wear during operation, even on high-power lasers. Thanks to the extended service life, you can do without replacement for a long time. The nozzles assembly are distinguished by their resistance to adhesion of particles formed during laser cutting of metal.

The nozzle portion includes a body (lower head portion), a ceramic holder, and a nozzle. The parts are made of high-quality materials in compliance with all necessary quality standards, technical and geometric parameters of products of this type. As a result of application, it guarantees the preservation of calculated parameters for a long time and ensures high operating power of laser cutting equipment.
