Nozzle tip 100A compatible and suitable for ESAB® plasma cutting systems with PT-19XLS and PT-600 plasma torches, designed for mechanized plasma cutting on CNC machines. The tip has a hole diameter of 1.8 mm and is designed to cut metal at a current of 100 amperes.
The nozzle tip is manufactured using technologies that significantly increase its reliability and durability. Designed to form a plasma cutting arc. The shape and dimensions of the nozzle channel determine the parameters and properties of the arc. As its diameter decreases and its length increases, the plasma flow rate, the energy concentration in the arc, its voltage and cutting ability increase. The longer the shape and dimensions of the nozzle are maintained, the longer its service life.
The nozzle tip is part of the nozzle and operates in conjunction with the nozzle base. Due to the fact that the tip changes more often and the base lasts longer, such a kit saves cutting costs compared to using a solid nozzle.
