ProCutter D37 F200 mm 8/12/15 KW Focus Lens Assembly for focusing the laser beam. The lens kit includes a lens holder and lenses with different types of curvature of surfaces: biconvex and convex-concave (meniscus). These lens is used in the focuser unit in laser heads Precitec® ProCutter (ProCutter100/200 Q ECO models), as well as in laser cutting machines, where other heads are used that use this standard size of lenses.

The advantage of using the lens assembly is the absence of the need for special skills for assembling the kit and requirements for the cleanliness of the workshop room, accelerated time for replacing the lens and reduced costs for downtime of the machine.

The lenses are made of Fused Silica, have a diameter of 37 mm, and a focal length of 200 mm. They operate stably at a laser generation wavelength of 1030 – 1090 nm. An antireflective coating with a residual reflection coefficient of R<0.5% is applied to both surfaces of the lenses. Lenses in the lens are designed for working with lasers up to 15 kW.

The lenses are manufactured in compliance with all necessary quality standards, technical and geometric parameters of products of this type. As a result of application, the lens guarantees the preservation of design parameters for a long time and ensures high power operation of laser cutting equipment.
