Raytools BM06K Laser Cutting Head (CL100 FL200, 6 kW)

Description

Raytools BM06K laser cutting head (up to 6 kW) with automatic focusing, intended for use in machines with industrial fiber lasers with a power of up to 6.0 kW and intended for 2D laser cutting on CNC machines. The head is equipped with a QBH connector for connecting fiber optics. Optimized optical design and water cooling ensure stable operation of the laser head at high power for a long time. The laser head comes complete with Leadshine cables and servo.

Design & Functions

The laser head consists of four main blocks: a collimator module, a focusing lens drive module, a protective lens module and a nozzle module.

• The collimator module converts a divergent beam of light emanating from the optical fiber into a parallel laser beam that exits through the center of the nozzle. Installed in the head lens with collimation lenses D37 F100 mm;
• The focusing lens (lens) drive module converts the collimated beam into a focused high-density beam and provides automatic adjustment of the focusing point using the drive. By default, this head has a D37 F200 mm focusing lens. Optionally, it is possible to supply the head configuration with a lens with D37 F150 mm focusing lenses.
• The protective glass module (lens) protects the focusing lens from damage due to flying sludge and extends its service life.
• The nozzle module (nozzle assembly) directs the focused beam to the workpiece to be processed and sprays gas at high speed for high-quality cutting.

Raytools BM06 K laser cutting head features:

• Cooling structure for collimation module and focus module, and cooling gas for nozzle that effectively protects nozzle and ceramic part and extends service life.
• Optimized optical path configuration for smooth and efficient gas supply.
• Automatic focusing range from -17 to +17 mm, adjustment accuracy 0.01 mm.
• The head is equipped with D37 composite lenses, the maximum laser input power is up to 6 kW.
• Maximum acceleration of the focusing lens drive is 10 m/s2, maximum speed of movement is 200 m/min.
• Multiple safety glasses to effectively reduce the risk of contamination when replacing fiberglass, as well as to extend the service life of collimation and focusing lenses.
• The retractable middle/lower protective glass holder ensures its convenient and quick replacement. Glass temperature monitoring can be accessed on the mobile app or on the PC desktop in real time. Overheat alarm output to effectively protect the optical system
• For collimation and focusing, composite lens sets are used to ensure the best balance of optical characteristics and cutting quality.
• Compatible with a wide range of optical connectors (QBH, QD and others) for working with various types of lasers.
