Raytools BT240S laser cutting head (CL100 FL125, 3.3 kW)

Description

Raytools BT240S laser cutting head (up to 3.3 kW) manual focusing is intended for use in machines with industrial fiber lasers with a power of up to 3.3 kW and is used for 2D laser cutting on CNC machines. The head is equipped with a QBH connector for connecting fiber optics and ensures accurate and stable operation thanks to its well-thought-out design and built-in cooling system. Reliable protection of the lenses and body guarantees a long service life even in difficult production conditions.

Design & Functions

The laser head consists of four main blocks: a collimator module, a focusing lens module, a protective lens module and a nozzle module.

• The collimator module converts a divergent beam of light emanating from the optical fiber into a parallel laser beam that exits through the center of the nozzle. Installed in the head lens with collimation lenses D30 F100 mm.
• The focusing module converts the collimated beam into a focused high-density beam. The head contains a lens with D30 F125 mm focusing lenses. Head trims with D30 F155 and D30 F200 lenses are also available for processing thicker materials at high speeds.
• The protective glass module protects the focusing lens from damage due to the cuttings that occur during the cutting process, which significantly extends the service life of the equipment.
• The nozzle module directs the focused beam to the workpiece being processed and effectively distributes the auxiliary gas to ensure high-quality cutting.
