Description
Protective screen 30 A, suitable for HP130-260 Ajan systems® and it is intended for mechanized plasma cutting of metal. Screen S1 is designed to cut low carbon steel up to 4 mm thick at a current of 30 Amps.
The screen protects the nozzle from double arc during burning and accidental contact with the metal sheet. It also provides a supply of protective secondary gas at the nozzle outlet and determines the direction of the plasma arc. The design of the protective screen is designed in such a way that it allows it to withstand elevated temperatures from the plasma arc without structural changes and deformations.
The screen is consumed less frequently than the main consumables (electrode and nozzle) and changes much less frequently.
