SP-S Single step nozzle (STEP) chrome plated

Single nozzle SP-S with a special internal STEP profile, it is designed for effective oxygen laser cutting of carbon steel. The special geometry of the internal channel contributes to the formation of a stable gas flow, thereby improving melt blowing and improving the quality of the edge.

Design features of the SP-S nozzle

The SP design provides inner step, which helps to redistribute the gas flow before exiting the nozzle. Such a solution provides:

• more stable operation at high cutting speeds
• reduction of gas jet vortices
• improved removal of molten metal
• obtaining a flat edge with minimal defects

STEP nozzles are especially in demand where processing speed and stable result quality are important.

Advantages of Chrome Plating

SP-S is made of copper and supplemented chromed coating, which increases the durability of the product under operating conditions:
