Welding nozzle RTE for laser welding, compatible and used in Raytools® laser guns, BW101-GS models and others. The nozzles are also adapted for use in welding guns from other manufacturers using similar overall nozzle sizes. The nozzles serve to ensure the alignment of the radiation and the gas jet. The nozzle is specifically designed for welding different types of joints, including butt welding and welding the outer corner of thin sheets without feeding filler wire. This method is often used when welding sheets of small thickness, where there is no need to fill the weld with filler material.

The nozzle is made of copper alloy, has excellent thermal conductivity characteristics and can withstand high temperatures, making it ideal for intense welding processes. The nozzle effectively directs the shielding gas to the welding zone, providing protection against oxidation and chemical reactions during welding.

To achieve optimal welding results, it is important to carefully select and regularly maintain welding nozzles. Wear, fouling, or incorrect nozzle installation may reduce welding quality. Regular inspection and timely replacement of nozzles are key to maintaining high laser welding efficiency and preventing weld defects.
