WNQ-01 Welding nozzle 40mm M10 (Type-A) for laser welding, compatible and used in QILIN® laser guns to ensure alignment of radiation and gas jet. Type A is designed for welding on a plane or in an external angle, without additional welding wire additive. Typically, this process is used for butt or lap welding of thin sheets.

The nozzle is 40 mm high, 11.8 mm in diameter, has M10 threads, and is made of copper. The choice of such a material in the manufacture of nozzles is obvious, as it has excellent thermal conductivity and the ability to withstand high temperatures, making it an ideal material for laser welding nozzles. The nozzles direct the shielding gas to the welding zone, which helps prevent oxidation and other chemical reactions that may occur during welding.

Proper nozzle selection and maintenance is critical to ensure high weld quality. Wear, contamination or improper installation of the nozzle can negatively affect the welding process. Regular inspection and, if necessary, replacement of nozzles helps maintain laser welding efficiency and prevents weld defects from occurring.
