WNSUP-22-08 Welding nozzle M16 0.8 mm (Type AS-08) designed for laser welding using filler wire with a diameter of 0.8 mm. The nozzle is compatible with SUP handheld laser guns (CQWY), including SUP20S, SUP21S, SUP21T, SUP23T models, and is also suitable for use with equipment from the Relfar® and Raytools® brands, which use nozzles with M16 threads and similar seating dimensions.

Type AS-08 used in welding operations into internal corners and when working with thin-sheet materials, where careful formation of a seam with minimal heat input is required. The nozzle ensures a stable wire supply and directs the flow of protective gas into the welding zone, preventing overheating, oxidation and the formation of defects.

The nozzle has a height of 35 mm, a diameter of 18 mm and is equipped with an M16 thread with a technological channel for wire of 0.8 mm. Made of copper alloy, which is characterized by high thermal conductivity, resistance to extreme temperatures and durability. These properties allow the nozzle to operate efficiently even during long welding processes.

Proper operation and timely replacement of the nozzle directly affect the quality of the welded joint. Contaminated or worn nozzles can disrupt the supply of gas and wire, leading to instability of welding and defective product. Regular maintenance ensures equipment reliability and a clean, even weld.
