WNSUP-24 Welding nozzle M16 (Type C) for laser welding, compatible and used in SUP laser guns (CQWY), SUP20S, SUP21S, SUP21T, SUP23T and others. The nozzles are also adapted for use in welding guns from other manufacturers using similar overall nozzle sizes. The nozzles serve to ensure the alignment of the radiation and the gas jet. Type C is designed for butt welding of sheets without filler wire. Typically, such a process is used for welding thin sheets.

The nozzle is 40 mm high, 18 mm in diameter, has M16 threads, and is made of copper alloy. The choice of such a material is due to the excellent heat-conducting properties and ability to withstand high temperatures, making it ideal for use in laser welding nozzles. The nozzles direct the shielding gas to the welding site, preventing oxidation and chemical reactions during the welding process.

The importance of proper nozzle selection and maintenance cannot be underestimated, as this directly affects the quality of the weld. Wear, fouling or improper installation of the nozzle can impair welding.
