Description

WRM-34 Reflective lens (mirror) 15.2×15.2×1.6 mm with holder designed for stable reflection of laser radiation and precise redirection of the beam into the working area during laser welding and cleaning. Due to the correct geometry and high-quality optical surface, a predictable beam trajectory, high repeatability of the process and careful processing are ensured – both during the formation of the weld and during the removal of contaminants and oxide films. The standard size of 15.2×15.2×1.6 mm is suitable for use in welding heads and QILIN® pistols, as well as in other systems designed for this reflective element format.

The material and coating of the reflective lens are designed to operate under conditions of increased thermal loads characteristic of laser welding and cleaning, maintaining the stability of parameters during long-term operation. Effective reflection helps minimize energy losses and maintain high processing productivity, and resistance to abrasive and oxidation helps increase the service life of the consumable element. The holder provides additional edge protection and ease of service replacement as part of the optical unit.
