Nozzle 1.0 mm 45-55A PR compatible and suitable for ESAB® plasma cutting systems with PT-36 plasma torch and designed for mechanized plasma cutting on CNC machines. Nozzle 0558008010 has a hole diameter of 1.0 mm and is designed for cutting metal at a current of 45-55A amperes.
The nozzle is manufactured using technologies that significantly increase its reliability and durability. The nozzle is designed to form a plasma cutting arc. The shape and dimensions of the nozzle channel determine the parameters and properties of the arc. As its diameter decreases and its length increases, the plasma flow rate, the energy concentration in the arc, its voltage and cutting ability increase. The longer the shape and dimensions of the nozzle are maintained, the longer its service life.
This consumable material is most susceptible to wear during cutting, so it is recommended to change it in pairs with an electrode corresponding to the cutting current.
