W-LN-SUP clamping nut for SUP pistols designed for reliable fixation of the nozzle holder tube in hand-held laser welding pistols and SUP series. The nut is used to clamp the nozzle holder tube type W-FT80 (scale tube, H80, d12, M16), providing precise nozzle positioning and stable optical assembly geometry.

The design of the W-LN-SUP clamping nut is designed for regular operation under conditions of thermal loads and vibrations arising during laser welding. Precision threads and uniform pressing force eliminate misalignment of the nozzle holder tube and reduce the risk of shifting the focus of the laser beam.

The nut is made of wear-resistant metal alloy and has a rolled outer surface, which facilitates manual installation and dismantling without the use of additional tools. Such a design is particularly convenient for frequent nozzle changes or adjustment of the extension of the carrier tube.

The W-LN-SUP clamping nut is used in pistols:

• SUP20S/SUP20T;
• SUP21S/SUP21T;
• SUP23S/SUP23T.

It is fully compatible with W-FT80 nozzle holders and similar M16 threaded tubes.

The use of a clamping nut allows you to maintain the stability of the pistol’s optical design, increase the repeatability of the weld and ensure uniform operation in laser welding and cleaning modes.
