D25 Mo Reflective Mirror (Molybdenum) used in CO₂ laser machines as a highly reliable optical element that transmits a laser beam at an angle of 90° to the next point of the optical system. The 25mm diameter provides increased resistance to thermal loads and is ideal for working with high-power laser tubes, including 150–300W and above.

The mirror is made of solid molybdenum — metal with unique heat resistance and low sensitivity to overheating. Unlike coated mirrors, a molybdenum mirror does not have a reflective layer that can degrade or peel over time. Reflectivity reaches 98–99% at a wavelength of 10.6 microns, providing stable power transmission even with long-term continuous cutting.

The molybdenum mirror is highly wear-resistant and resistant to contamination. It is not afraid of combustion products, sparks, smoke and microparticles of material, so it is ideal for working in difficult conditions — when cutting MDF, plywood, rubber, leather, plexiglass or during intensive operation of the machine. Due to the high thermal conductivity of Mo, the mirrors are practically not deformed and retain the surface geometry even under significant thermal load.

Molybdenum mirrors are especially recommended for users who require maximum durability and no risk of coating damage. They last significantly longer than traditional sprayed mirrors and require minimal maintenance. Regular cleaning of surface contaminants allows you to maintain optimal reflectivity and maintain the quality of cutting and engraving at a high level.
